You can, as I do create and use an Angel Box.
Use these to ask the Angels for help with:
Worries
Fears
Concerns
Hopes
Prayers
Desires
Etc……
Just use a box (of some sort, preferably clear/plastic – I use a business card holder type of box, see pic
below). Make sure it faces the daylight (during the day). Write down what you would like help with etc…….
Place in box and leave requests there for as long as needed. Or place in freezer/burn/bury card. I often
